Adaptive Yoga Classes
About Yoga
Yoga is based on ancient practices that are designed to
help you bring balance into every aspect of your life and discover the
sense of peace that is available within each of us. Yoga can be used for personal transformation and healing. Contrary to
popular notions, yoga is NOT about being flexible or turning yourself
into a pretzel. Adaptive Yoga involves appropriate application of yoga to the individual.
Yoga practice can help you manage stress by calming the mind and it can enhance immune functioning. If you have an illness or injury, let yoga be a part of your healing plan. Classes include drop-ins and series. Come try it out!
*Yoga is NOT a substitute for medical care.
